For any additional information,.contact Len Hall. Now that the dark, wet and cold days are disappearing, our Nursery coaches are also busy preparing to get the ball rolling again. Saturday 27th April is a date to mark on the calendar when our Nursery for boys and girls (4-6 years) swings into action - more details in the coming weeks.

Club Monthly Draw

Our next club monthly draw will take place on Thursday next 28th March in the clubhouse at 10pm.
This month there will be a special prize for our loyal promoters, many of whom have been involved with this draw for almost 15 years. There are 10 remaining draws for the year with €650 paid out monthly, in addition to bonus prizes throughout the year. If you have not been approached to join up, please feel free to contact any of the club officers/team mentors, etc.  Every ticket sold is of great source of income for the maintenance of the many facilities on offer at our club grounds in Buffers Alley. These state-of-the-art facilities are used by our adult members, underage boys and girls in addition to the many people who avail of our excellent clubhouse at various times throughout the year.  All your support greatly appreciated.

Easter GAA Fun Camp

The Easter holidays are just around the corner with two weeks off school! There is no need to get bored as Buffers Alley has something special to offer to our young boys and girls. Our team of coaches are busy preparing for an action packed 3-day EASTER GAA CAMP at our club premises in Buffers Alley. The camp will run from Tuesday 23rd to Thursday 25th April (inclusive) from 10.30 to 2.30 daily. Don't worry if the sun doesn't shine, as we have a fantastic indoor arena to cater for large groups.

This is a great opportunity to come along to have fun, make friends and enjoy the many activities that these coaches have lined up for our young folk. The Chairman of Coiste na nÓg has informed us that he will bring along a couple of surprise well-known Wexford hurlers on the Wednesday to sign autographs, present goodies, etc. Participants must have celebrated their 7th birthday before the camp commences and be under 13. It is important that all boys and girls partaking are current members of the club.

To sign up for the camp, all are welcome to come along on Wednesday 10th April to Buffers Alley from 7pm to 8pm. This camp, our first Easter one, promises to be one of the best!

Model Co. Tickets

Buffers Alley/Wexford GAA Model Co tickets are now in circulation - this is a great opportunity for all families to win very attractive prizes including cars, vouchers, cash prizes, to name but a few - in total there are 50 prizes for each of the three monthly draws. Over the past number of years Buffers Alley members have been extremely lucky and were in the winners’ enclosure on many occasions! Tickets cost €50 for the three draws which will take place on 1st May; 29th May and 26th June. Tickets are available from club members or from the Co-Ordinator, Michael Sinnott (Kilmuckridge).  This club is beneficial to our area as a high percentage of sales are retained by our club.
